Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Designer who can translate complex problems into simple, intuitive user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ship thoughtful solutions—from initial research and UX flows to polished UI, prototypes, and handoff.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the end-to-end design process, cares deeply about user needs, and understands how design impacts business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX and UI design across web and/or mobile products
Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, and competitive benchmarking
Create user journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specs
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to scope and prioritize features
Build and maintain design systems, components, and pattern libraries
Participate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback and data
Prepare handoff deliverables and support development until launch
Work with analytics, user feedback, and qualitative insights to drive improvements
Advocate for usability and design excellence across the team
What You’ll Bring
3–4 years of professional product design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth and polished UI execution
Proficiency in tools like Figma (plus Sketch, Framer, and prototyping tools a bonus)
Comfort working through ambiguity and turning research into structured concepts
Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product Management
Understanding of responsive design, mobile patterns, and accessibility
Familiarity with usability testing and data-driven design decisions
Ownership mindset and ability to manage timelines independently
Nice to Have
Motion design or micro-interaction experience
Knowledge of HCI, psychology, or systems thinking
Experience contributing to or building design systems
Exposure to SaaS, enterprise products, AI, marketplaces, or consumer apps (specify domain as needed)
Ability to present work clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React)
